What can I say other than Teejay is a fantastic trainer. My main aim has been to improve my core strength, which is now starting to work as it should do. She pushes me when I need it, adapts plans when I struggle and makes every session great fun (even if I do curse her the day after when I ache!). Teejay also did my training plan for the Leeds triathlon (supposedly my one and only). I have run for the last 10 years but haven't had a bike or swum in a lot longer than that. With her inspiration and belief in me I completed not 1 but 2 triathlons and have another planned in September. I am in love with cycling and really enjoy open water swimming - believe me that is a revelation to me and my friends.
I would highly recommend Teejay to anyone.
