If you struggle to keep yourself motivated to keep fit then training with a group is absolutely the right answer. We keep the sessions fun and active so you want to come back the following week.
Beastmode- 7:30
An advanced bootcamp class where our trainer Teejay lets loose her inner Drill Sergeant. High energy from start to finish- this is an amazing way to start your morning.
General Class -10:30
The general class is really adaptable so it suits people of any fitness level. So whatever your experience level Teejay will keep you moving and laughing in this enjoyable morning class.
Womens Only – 11:30
The women’s only class is specifically designed for people who feel a little self-conscious, or nervous about getting back into exercise after a long time. We work really hard to generate a warm, welcoming, non-judgemental environment where you all work together to learn to love exercise again.
Class Sizes
Class sizes are limited to 8 people so that we can keep everyone working to the best of their ability and make sure that you’re doing those exercises properly. Because of the cold winter mornings, please make sure that you wrap up warm with a couple of layers that you can strip off one at a time as you get warmer through the session. Gloves and hats are a good idea (you wont need them for long!) and always remember to bring water with you too.
You do need to book ahead of time because of the limit on class sizes and you can do that by sending us a message though the facebook page or at 07896 696 070 telling us which time and date you want to book in to.
