Finding the FUN in fitness

At All Change Personal training we deal in the ‘everyday’…now that doesn’t mean training every day,
it means working out how to balance keeping fit and healthy with the demands of everyday life.

We know that if you’re juggling a full time job, a busy family life and an active social life, you’re going to struggle to fit in five or six personal training sessions a week. We try to help you work out how to realistically fit your fitness goals in to your weekly schedule.

We are based in the Centre of the Universe

also known as Leeds, Yorkshire.


At All Change Personal Training we actively encourage you to do more of your training outside in the fresh air  and there are so many beautiful places in Leeds to train.  There are so many benefits to outdoor exercise– we can guarantee you’ll feel so much more energetic after an hour in the park.

What can I say other than Teejay is a fantastic trainer. My main aim has been to improve my core strength, which is now starting to work as it should do. She pushes me when I need it, adapts plans when I struggle and makes every session great fun (even if I do curse her the day after when I ache!).
