At All Change Personal training we deal in the ‘everyday’…now that doesn’t mean training every day,
it means working out how to balance keeping fit and healthy with the demands of everyday life.
We know that if you’re juggling a full time job, a busy family life and an active social life, you’re going to struggle to fit in five or six personal training sessions a week. We try to help you work out how to realistically fit your fitness goals in to your weekly schedule.

At All Change Personal Training we actively encourage you to do more of your training outside in the fresh air and there are so many beautiful places in Leeds to train. There are so many benefits to outdoor exercise– we can guarantee you’ll feel so much more energetic after an hour in the park.
With all our energy focused on helping you get the most out of yourself in every session, our individual training packages give you the opportunity to really reach for that goal with no distractions. Our trainers are brilliant at finding the right level to help you progress with each session.
Whether you’re a brand new runner looking to get more active, or a seasoned runner with hundreds or races under your belt- work with us to find the perfect training program. Learn to run for enjoyment then work on specific goals with a completely tailored program that will help you perform to your absolute best.
As you train more regularly and develop a more active lifestyle, your muscles can start to feel tight and uncomfortable which can affect how your body moves and recovers. Our certified massage therapist can help you work out those problem areas so you can continue to enjoy your activities- pain free!
If you struggle to stay motivated then working out with other people in one of our Bootcamp sessions is the answer. You’ll meet new people, have fun, keep active and push yourself more than you ever will trying to do it on your own.
Show your team that you’re committed to their long term welfare by investing in their health. It’s often been said that a healthier team is a happier team so get one of our trainers to come in and get your whole team active. You’ll be amazed at how much teamwork improves in the office everyday too!
What can I say other than Teejay is a fantastic trainer. My main aim has been to improve my core strength, which is now starting to work as it should do.
