Claire, our awesome running specialist, is an England Athletics CIRF (Certificate in Running Fitness) qualified coach who can help you get the most out of running. She’s done everything from 1 mile races to ultra-marathons and can help you build a running fitness program that specifically suits you and fits into your lifestyle.
